I reported a problem on Friday with our router. I was informed that a new one will be getting sent but we have not had any emails with tracking details etc. It is now showing on my account that the problem I reported has been fixed but it has not been as the router is still broken.

@SandyB77 given the bank holiday it might well be Tuesday at best before you hear anything formal from Tt.
