Disgusting g company TalkTalk. I cane home yesterday evening to find i had no internet. No landline and no heating as that rubs on wi fi ie Hive. I spent 3 hrs on chat on line where tge foreign assistant was getting me to perform these tests over and over again in tge end I got nowhere and was told someone would contact me in 3 days. I rang a landline number this morning and spent half an hour listening to a message telling me to go on line 

What can I do. Any suggestions.

Hi @06Cadoxton06 that's unfortunate. Have you tried anything to rectify the situation? My account has a suite of self test diagnostics you can run to narrow the options.
