My elderly parents have got issues with their phone & internet. The phone works if plugged directly in to the wall socket but not when the internet is connected via a splitter & D-link. We’ve bought a new splitter/D-link but that’s not helping. I need an engineer to come & look at it but I can’t find a number. The bots just send me rounds in circles.
