Hello there,
Few weeks ago I cancelled the internet service ending on the 18th of December. I spoke with one of you colleagues telling them that I leave the country on the 16th of December and I need the bag to be arrived before that date. They were confirming that the bag should be arriving 5 date after the call. However the bag has not arrived. After the 16 of December I will not coming back to UK and I need the bah to arrive before. Could you please check in to this?

Yes you've made yourself completely clear but I'm afraid there's nothing that I can do other than order another returns bag

Can we found another solution please? I am starting to lose patience here. Apparently this is a problem that everyone has meet in here.
As I already told you and the other person that I called to cancel the service about 3 weeks ago on the 16th of December is my last day at the flat and the day after we are leaving the Uk. If you don't find the another solution the rooter will not be sent. I will not pay the fee because we will be leaving the country and I will close the account of the bank. Meaning the Talk talk will NOT get the money. Hope I've made myself clear, thanks.

Hello Chris,
The bag has not arrived. How can I send the rooter back? As I mentioned the 16th of December is my last day in UK. I will not coming back anymore in England. Could you look into this ASAP? Please. It should be another free solution to seed the rooter back without the bag. I don't want to pay any fees as I already made sure to tell everyone that I need the bag before the cancellation day that is on the 18th of December.

You should receive the returns bag this week but if you don't please let us know and we'll see if there's anything else that we can do

In case it will be arrive by this week, how can I send the router back? As after the 17th I'd December I will be not have access to the house where the bag was supposed to be sent. Obviously I don't want to pay the delivery.
