Hello there,
Few weeks ago I cancelled the internet service ending on the 18th of December. I spoke with one of you colleagues telling them that I leave the country on the 16th of December and I need the bag to be arrived before that date. They were confirming that the bag should be arriving 5 date after the call. However the bag has not arrived. After the 16 of December I will not coming back to UK and I need the bah to arrive before. Could you please check in to this?

In case it will be arrive by this week, how can I send the router back? As after the 17th I'd December I will be not have access to the house where the bag was supposed to be sent. Obviously I don't want to pay the delivery.
