Forbidden 403 error

Hi,
When I try to connect to certain websites using a browser or their app I am receiving a forbidden 403 error. If I use mobile data it's fine, use a friend's WiFi and it's fine. Just doesn't work on my WiFi. I've done a full router reset and no joy. Most sites work fine but some don't. Mainly topcashback. Any thoughts please?

Hi @markgwhite19 glad that worked for you tbh no idea based on fact why it worked, but something possibly flushed something else.

Hi mark,
Ok thanks for checking this. Would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to see how this compares and to rule this out?
Thanks
Michelle

Morning,
Have you checked the HomeSafe settings in My Account to see if anything is showing as active?
Thanks
Michelle

Just tried adding manual dns and it's working 😊 I used 79.79.79.81. Any idea why the auto setting would stop working?

Hi @markgwhite19 sorry I misread some of the info in your post.
Have you tried using a different dns?
Last suggestion till the TT staff are back in tomorrow 🤔
