We have been trying for days to contact you. Our connection just keeps going off. One of us works from home and can’t work? Why can’t we speak to a real person? If this is not sorted now we will cancel. We need reliable connection to earn money and pay our mortgage. What the heck is going on

  • TalkTalk Telephone number or Account number

@Janinejonnyisla, Chat support opens at 9am today.

If you still need help on here, staff will pick up your thread after the weekend. They are on here daytime, Monday to Friday. 

 

For them to identify your account, please complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
