last Friday approx 3.30 pm, Last Sunday 10.00pm, today approx 5.00 pm fixed by turning off and on router

The line test is clear and the connection stats are not showing any re connections.
Do any lights change on the router or ONT?

Is the connection stable with your old router?
We have new firmware coming in the next few weeks for the Sagemcom hub. I think we should wait and update the router firmware first.
Would it be ok to continue using your old router for now?

I haven't got a spare router, had dropouts more frequent in the last 48hrs, can this be looked into please

When the connection drops do you just need to reboot the router and not the ONT too, to get it to reconnect?
