Internet drop out

keep getting internet drop out since upgrading to fibre

last Friday approx 3.30 pm, Last Sunday 10.00pm, today approx 5.00 pm fixed  by turning off and on router

When you say "fibre" do you mean FTTC, or Full Fibre?
