Internet drop out

keep getting internet drop out since upgrading to fibre

last Friday approx 3.30 pm, Last Sunday 10.00pm, today approx 5.00 pm fixed  by turning off and on router

Lights on router are white have to switch it on and off to fix it

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

The line test is clear and the connection stats are not showing any re connections.

 

Do any lights change on the router or ONT?

Thank you. The firmware update will automatically be rolled out to your router.

 

As soon as we have the dates for the roll out then I will post back on this thread to let you know so you can connect the Sagemcom hub again.

We have new firmware coming in the next few weeks for the Sagemcom hub. I think we should wait and update the router firmware first.

 

Would it be ok to continue using your old router for now?

Can I just confirm, what make and model of router do you currently have and what version of firmware is currently on the router please?

I haven't got a spare router, had dropouts more frequent in the last 48hrs, can this be looked into please

When the connection drops do you just need to reboot the router and not the ONT too, to get it to reconnect?
