Internet has been dropping out frequently since Sunday last. Also the phone lie has crackling on it making it hard to hear conversation.
There have been two previous calls on this matter which have resulted in engineer calls.
A good line is needed by Tuesday next week to enable me to work from home.

This is not an ideal time to post, as the support team here will be thin on the ground tomorrow because of the Bank Holiday and are unlikely to resume normal service before Tuesday. If you would like them to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
But I strongly suggest you persevere with the usual customer service channels in the meantime.
