For a few days I have been contacting talktalk about my dropping wifi. I have told them about my modem internet light is always off even when I have wifi. They keep saying that is not at problem and the dropping signal will be fixed in a couple of hours. Once again is not fixed and signal went down again after 4 hours. Do you think might be a problem with the modem?
