Has happened consistently since moving into my apartment in May. I have turned off Homework time in the settings and it’s still doing it!

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try switching off HomeSafe in your My Account and once this has been fully removed (this can take a few hours) then re-add Home Safe again in your My Account. This should then hopefully resolve this particular issue that you're experiencing.
