Hi @30121983Thas have you tried connecting with ethernet cable?

Are you talking about a smart TV or a box provided by TalkTalk? Which device do you have?

 

Do you get any error messages? If so what are they?

 

Have you tried rebooting the Router?

 

Have you tried anything else to resolve this?
