NOT a problem with my actual service at the moment but if I try to get any information from "My Connection" via Service Status Dashboard, I just get messages like "we've run into a problem" "sorry, we're working hard....." "please try again later".
It shows if I try to check which devices have been connected, and is directly flagged on "My Speed".
Seems to be OK for "My Router" and "My Usage".
Some sort of problem at your end for at least the past 12 hours.

I understand, thank you. Since you mentioned the issue has been ongoing for about 12 hours, it might be worth waiting a bit longer and trying again later.
If the problem persists, it's likely an issue on our side that we'll need to look into. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

As I said, @nomfezeko-TT, I checked 12 hours ago and it's still showing. I don't think it was a problem a week ago.
It's not like it's something I'd be checking all the time unless I had a specific problem with my service, but I was keeping an eye on things after someone helped themselves to my wifi (long story....) and I therefore changed my router password etc.

Hi there @Gliwmaeden2, we are sorry to hear about these problems, this could be due to a temporary outage or maintenance on our end but we will have this checked. How often do you see this?
