22nd of September should been finish my leaving cease period and should been transfer to another provider but got a call from talktalk representative and he offered me 21.95 a month and it's will be 900 Mbps. In a happy moment I left it as it is. But now when cease period finished and signed new contract. On reality is that he do not upgraded me but left as it is. Also when I been contacted with talktalk chat representative no one do not said me that there is no upgrade. Now I must pay 195 pounds fee to exit. But I better pay 195 than stay with liers.
