Hello,
I can't call you because your bot always disconnects after some time.
I am also not able to use your live chat, don't ask me why.
I am not a customer.
My name is Timo.
I am a new student and new tenant in ****.
The tenant who lived here before had TalkTalk Wifi.
I don't need that.
So I want to cancel the contract or rather I don't want her contract or her wifi.
I will not pay for her wifi.

@Arne-TalkTalk, can @Timo12345 simply put in an order with another supplier which would alert the former tenant?
Might simply be an oversight by the account holder.
@Timo12345, while it is in the previous tenant's name, you cannot be paying their bills.
