It seems really difficult to make a complaint online, live chat doesn't activate, there is no email address to make a complaint, I can't use the telephone to complain as I am autistic and find it difficult to communicate via voice chat... I am logged into my account but other than writting a letter and sending it snail mail, I am not able to make my complaint...
My broadband has now been of such low speeds less than 0.5mb since the renewal of my contract in june/jull 2021 I have had nor effective repair nor any refund of service... please help...
