SMTP's dropping out

I have had a major problem with my email SMTP's dropping out on a regular basis ever since TalkTalk put me onto Fibre and now Fibre +.  I have two specialists in TalkTalk working on this and have had three routers now, two engineer visits and myself running PING tests and nobody can resolve it. Every day I have to disconnect my router for 20 minutes at least once, sometimes two or three times a day. My emails all come in and internet is fine most of the time, except Safari seems to lose to lose connectivity at times.

 

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so did it ever get resolved please and how did it get resolved please?. Of course anyone who left because it was never resolved is who I want to hear from, however, they will not be on here any more.
