Local exchange issue

There is an issues at my local exchange.

My fibre broadband has been down for 2 days, no updates at all.

I had to find this information out, TalkTalk didn’t tell me in the first place. I’m not getting any updates.

Super annoying.

Anyone with similar issues?

It’s been off since Wednesday. Is there actually any updates on when it will be fixed.

Thanks for updating your Community Profile.

 

I've completed a line test which has detected a potential fault at the exchange.

 

I have raised this over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer, we should receive further updates within the next 48hrs.
