I am having to hard reset my HUAWEI-HG633 daily, I've had this router for years and years now... can I have a new router please?

Hello @Debbie-TalkTalk router has been running for a week now and everything is just fine and a complete contrast over the old router... I haven't had to reset since. Many thanks
PS Much better service here than talking to TT engineer department which just kept saying I had nothing wrong and would not send me a new router.

It may not be the router, but when it is that old, it has to be the first step to take.
I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
