No free echo or code

I have waited over 60 days from my first payments and I have been told in email that I should receive a code to activate and claim my echo dot but nothing has been sent to me. Checked all the email folders; main, spam, junk and trash but nothings there. 
I have also seen many many many people have the same issue and the whole reason of me getting this package was because it came with the elexa. I could of got the same Wi-Fi
