Hi there. I've tried to contact multiple times since May regarding amazon echo dot promotions. I've been eluded,lied to and given wrong informations on every encounter. Is there anyone at TT even interested in helping customers or they have scripts on delaying response for as long as possible? I'm still waiting for the code to arrive to my email. At this point it is a matter of principle to receive what was promised when signing new contract. Anyone to help me before I escalated this as illegal practices and misseling product to customers on principle of receiving something extra?
