Hello, I signed up for Full Fibre 900 broadband on 4th September 2024 and was promised a £100 Amazon gift voucher within 120 days. It has now been 160 days and I still haven't received it. Can anyone help please?

I really don't know I'm afraid. I've just been told not to post personal email addresses on an open forum but I didn't even know this was an open forum. I don't understand why they can't communicate with me privately by email. It's all terribly complicated for someone of my age and limited technical knowledge. All I'm trying to do is get the £100 voucher I was promised 6 months ago for joining TalkTalk. They have my account number and my email address and I've been paying for the broadband service for 6 months so I'm at a loss to understand what the problem is. It's an absolute nightmare!

I wonder if you are by any chance a TalkTalk PLUS customer, where account details are handled via an app rather than online?

Hello, this is SO frustrating - I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing here. You asked me to register my account so I followed your link below to register but I get a message saying "This account is already registered. Visit login page."
I used that link to visit the login page and I've logged into my account using the access code the system sent to my mobile phone. There isn't an email address listed on my account but when I use the option to update the email address I get a message which says...
"Unable to save changes
We’re currently experiencing a technical error. We’re sorry for any inconvenience, please try again later."

Can you register your account for My Account https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/ so we can link the email to the account, I can then escalate this for you

Hello, I signed up online. I have an email from TalkTalk to ** removed for security ** dated 04/09/24 which says
I clicked on the link and completed the order and have an email from TalkTalk to ** removed for security ** dated 05/09/24 which says
My order number is given as ** removed **
There must have been an email address linked to my account otherwise how else would they have sent me those two emails?

How did you sign up?
There is no email address linked to your account, meaning any voucher offer would not be issued as there is nowhere to send it too.
