Broadband services are still available on my PC and laptop but my television channels have disappeared and I cannot activate the "TalkTalk " button on my tv remote control. Help Please.

Are you referring to freeview channels vis the aerial ?

 

If so, do you have the TalkTalk TV box connected ?
