hi,
just lost my connection and tried turning it off and on that did not work. raised a fault online ticket number REP-16035788. I work from home and need the internet connection (currently using mobile hotspot) however the potential 3 working day for to resolve this issue is not great.

I am very sorry to hear this @edallen2 Please confirm if you are now able to use the internet as I can see that the status of your is open fixed and the engineer left notes to say that your issue has been fixed. Thanks

Staff are probably finished on here for the day, @edallen2. They usually reply between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

having checked onenetwork site for roadworks it appears that this was planned however no notification from talktalk to warn customers in the area that their connection would be shutdown for the day. there has been no further updates since this morning so when will they finish and get everyone connected. i have had to use 10gb of my data today and potentially having to pay for excess data if the remaining data is used up and i wont be able to claim that from you.
