my Huawei is about 4 years old now, and is on 24/7, how do i go about getting a newer model?

@Hawker52 I can that the router you have should be working fine, this means I need to conduct diagnostics test as there could be a problem with the line.

The last notification I can find mentions the £80 charge - if it's not actually developed faults, @Hawker52, that charge would apply unless you are within the last 4 months of your contract, in which case it would be sent out if you request it when you renew your contract.

You need to be within 4 months of renewal  / end of contract date. Otherwise it's charged - I think @ £80. Will check that for you.
