Our laptop, two tablets and one mobile are all connecting to the broadband as normal. One mobile has stopped, but it will connect to other broadbands normally elsewhere.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Yes, we had tried that, it hadn't worked. The mobile was also telling us to reset the router, which I did after posting on here and that has worked, so all resolved.

Which router are you using? (make and model)
Have you tried forgetting the WIFI network on the mobile phone and then entering the wireless details again?
