Modem mode on TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub 2

I'm looking to get a 3rd party router, how do put the TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub 2 into modem mode? I had a look in the advanced settings and couldn't see anything.

You cannot put it into modem mode. What you can do however, is to connect another router by Ethernet from an Ethernet port on the Hub 2 to a WAN port on the other router. Both routers must crucially be on different subnets though, otherwise, nothing will work at all.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
