Hello,
My modem has been unable to get an IP address since 20:11 this evening, a line test indicated a fault REP-12703606. Would it be possible to reset the cabinet VDSL port as this has fIxed the issue previously. I have carried out the 20 minute power down of all equipment. VDSL is up ok but sadly no IP, no internet!
contact centre is closed
Desperate kids with no internet.
Any help appreciated.
Best wishes,
Andy.

Hi Andy
I'm sorry to hear this.
As the line tests are clear then we will need to arrange an Openreach engineer visit to the property. Would you like me to arrange this?

Hi Debbie and thank you for testing.
I have re-plugged my VDSL modem and despite getting SHOWTIME, there is no IP address being allocated. Is it possible to have the DSLAM port reset by BTOR please? This happened previously and this corrected the issue. Hopefully this will get my Draytek Vigor 130 back online.
Many thanks for your continued support.
Andy.

Hi Andy
Apologies for the delay.
The line test is clear and the line is showing in sync and connected.
Are you able to connect ok this morning?
