Moving address

Good morning.

I am moving to the new address and I want to redirect my existing talk-talk contract to the new address.

I couldn't do it on-line and my new Landlord says that my new internet provider will need to make an appointment with Openreach to come to the house to re- establish the external cabling (which is currently down). Apparently open reach will only do it when instructed by a new internet provider. Please can you instruct me what to do, give me some contact details and guide me in the process. I need your help here. Talk talk goes round in circles on Whatsapp chat.
