I am moving house. I spoke to Talktalk over the phone to do this. I got a contract in email and can see my order on "my account."
But, the new address is nowhere to be found. Do they even know where I am moving to???
Is this normal??
Can't find chat option on this site and when I ring the helpline it says my order is in progress and then says "you can hang up now." How do I speak to a person?? Been with Talktalk for 10 years and I can't believe this has got so bad.

The site has a good search engine, @Fosteur, so for future reference, just pop "contact" or similar in there.

Chat has limited hours over the festive period but is available.
Staff will be back on here on Wednesday. Similarly, phoning customer services is not available till then.
