My Internet went live yesterday and ever since I plugged it in the router has been have a party with a flashing orange light, I have tried every single solution available on the website and still nothing. I think an engineer is require. Also tried contacting chat, which is meant to be open until 9pm, was offline just after 8....wonderful and helpful 🙄🙄

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've completed a radius resync, please can you factory reset the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds and then try and connect again?
