My TT Router Has Broken

My TT Router has broken, the on/off switch is not latching on so you cannot turn on the router and keep it going.  Could an OCE please arrange for a replacement router to be sent out.  I have borrowed a neighbours for a few days. Thanks

Hi @cgclassics another good reason for never switching off the router. Your post has been escalated and you should hear Monday.
