Hi I’m just contacting use I was just wondering would you be able to put my account on hold until I’m moved into my new address I’m currently and have been living with my mum from 24th October due to my ex boyfriend assaulting me

Unfortunately TT do not offer temporary suspension of services.

 

You'll need to work out if cancelling and paying any termination charges and then reordering at a new address is more cost effective than leaving the service active and eventually doing a home move.
