My router has failed - will TalkTalk replace it?

Woke up this morning to no internet.  Router light is flashing orange slowly.  Unable to connect to router either through wired or wireless.  An old Sky router I keep as a spare works fine.  I'd been using the TalkTalk router for a number of years without issue.  Is router replacement covered by TalkTalk?

Glad to hear it's now working. Yes, we would run through diagnostics but if the router had ultimately failed we would replace it 🙂

Hi Chris,

 

Many thanks for the prompt reply.  I had tried rebooting and resetting (or so I thought) the router.  I tried a reset again, I suspect I  previously hadn't held down the reset switch for long enough, and the router is now working.  Sorry for being so quick to post,  I've not had a single issue with this router for years and really did think it had failed; just out of interest, would you have replaced the router if it had failed?

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your router. Did you try rebooting the Sagemcom router?
