Is it possible to get a replacement router for my home please.

I have had the current talktalk router for a long time and I suspect it needs to be replaced.

I have ordered you a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

I have done so.

Hope to hear back soon.

The router is currently working but it dropped recently for no reason and I spent a while turning it on and off and then resetting it before getting it to work again.

Not sure how long I have had this router but it is quite a while now
