Hi, 

The router is white but the network is not showing up on devices. When we reset the router it did show up once but then said the password was wrong even though it wasn’t. Any help would be greatly appreciated

This is the latest update on this issue 

 

Update 8:40PM  December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.

On my device it’s 17.3.1 but on others it’s 18.1.1 but we are all having the same issue of the network not showing up
