Hi,
I have just been sent a new router. I've got it up and running and connected my devices. It is running ok, but if I try to run a speed test, it tells me I'm not connected. Do I have to in some way tell TalkTalk that my new router is up and running? If so, how?

Thanks for your post. Is this a different make and model of router to the one you were using previously? It may take My Connection a few hours to update. Could you try running the speed test again in 24hrs.
