Hello
Since moving from Shell the broadband is very poor, it is slow and intermittent. I have tried all the usual fixes of rooting and factory resetting the router, but it an old router.
Is it possible to be supplied with a new router?

Sorry to see this. The support team here can certainly look at a replacement router for you, but they may want to check for any issues on your line first. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
