Hello,
We moved to the new house and took the old router with us.
The broadband doesn't work despite the line being fine.
How can I request a new router please?

Your router appears to be connected to the internet at the moment. Which router do you currently have and what seems to be the problem?

Are you sure your TalkTalk service has gone live at your new home (did you get a text / email to confirm). Are you able to plug a landline phone into the line and call 17070 to confirm that the line is active and has the phone number you expect.
What do the light(s) show on your router when you connect it ?
Staff here will be able to pick this up, hopefully on 29th, if you still need their help.
