My router is 18 years old. Our in-home connection is slow and frequently drops off. I think the router is the problem. Can I get a upgraded

The support team can certainly look into this for you. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
