Hi guys my new upgrade is due to go live 13th Jan.
Upgraded via customer service who to be fair offered me a reasonable deal at £25 month for fibre65 however when the contract paperwork came through via email I've noticed it says Including talk talk TV but no where does it mention an extra add on charge for this.
When I've looked up what talktalk TV is ( basically a small smart box for the TV ) it's saying it's usually £5 per month if this is the case I want it removed as I never asked for it in the 1st place and talktalk have slipped in on the sly and not even mentioned it when I delt with customer service.
However if it's been included as part of my £25 package I'll have it Can this be checked for me please

Hi @Jgoods63 I'd go back to Customer service who sold you the new contract and get them to sort it , but probably not till Friday.
