No Internet for 2 days

I have had no internet for two days, I’ve called repeatedly, I cannot speak to an ACTUAL person, I’ve reported a problem, it’s come back no fault, and yet they be still got no Internet??   How am I supposed to fix this when I cannot talk to anyone?   I’ve turned til he router off, left it, gone back, still no joy?  

can someone help please?
