I've been with no Internet connection for a 7 day's now. I I did try reset the router multiple times, called the service team, chat with robot and send the emails but still no solution for the problem.
How can i get to a real person on there to talk to?

Can I just check, does the white light stay on the front of the router when the connection drops?

When this happens do you get a solid white light on the Router and does it come back on after a reboot, or does it not work at all, even with a reboot?
Please confirm as if not working at all it is something different to an incident that is affecting many people at the moment and has been raised at the highest level for a solution.
