I have had no internet for 2 days now - my router just doesnt light up the internet symbol. when I try to get to the 'fix it' on the talk talk website nothing loads....I am using next doors wifi to try to get help online . is there an actual person I can speak to ???!!!

@mandisa1-TT, as above, this thread is now locked to customer posts and they have already replied on the thread that they started on Sunday, as asked.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
