No internet conection for the past 9 days

I have been without internet for the past 8-9 days. I talked to an "expert" by chat last monday 27th and he said it was going to be fix.. well is thursday 30th and i am still with no internet. Your team have already told me that there is not a payment issue, that there is not a bar issue, so I don't know why I dont have internet, they never tell me what is the problem they just connecting me to another team every single time. Please don't tell me the same excuse again. I just need this fix.

I had no connection for 21 days. Stayed in waiting for technician, didn't turn up. Won't let me leave without paying. Today I waited for over an hour to speak to someone who couldn't even pronounce my name! Only to be told I have to wait until mid Feb for compensation. Cannot wait to leave!
