About a week ago my internet connection is intermittently disconnected. Once the router is rebooted internet connection is restored for a period of time. I think the router is broken. Can support provide help on this?

Well, so far so good with the new router. Connection seems stable again. Will monitor for a couple more days and report.

I'm sorry to hear this.
The line tests are clear - no faults detected. I have ordered a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff respond during the day, Monday to Friday.
