Hi, open reach engineer had fixed new router on 16 Jan but when i tried to connect wifi it says no internet. On my account says engineer appointment missed. Actually the engineer was here on 16 Jan.

Have you checked that your plan are still active? As want to ask you that your internet connection was active were you fixed new router and which router do you have? My Sanford Chart
