Iv had no internet for 3 days no one will help me an engineer will be coming in 8 days I’m at the end of my tether! I’m going to miss my online uni and I haven’t had any useful suggestions when I ring! Is there anyway for a quicker resolution than 8 days? Thanks

You might be better trying to share wifi at a friend or neighbour's, or at least fixing it up, in case nothing can be done within the week.
