I paid my bill on 7th March and I'm still without internet I've now had a second bill which I'm refusing to pay as I was told that i would be compensated for no service please can somebody contact me regarding this as I'm not happy

Name

Telephone number or account number.

@Rachaeldockery, it's very important that you keep paying despite the problems with the service.

 

Once the problem is actually resolved, Talktalk will calculate the automatic compensation, details of which are here:

This can take up to a month to be credited to My Account, once they have calculated the total number of days.

 

Not paying meanwhile can affect your credit rating and that should be avoided at all costs.

Hi @Rachaeldockery,

 

For one of the TalkTalk Support Team on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include :

 

  • Your name
  • Landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on (this is shown in ‘My Account’) OR add your account number to the ‘private notes’ section if you have Full Fibre with no landline
  • An alternative contact number

This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

 

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk Support Team on this community can see your profile details).

 

Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
